Biography

After studying Art History at Aix-en-Provence university and photography at Arles National School of Photography, Aglaé Bory has been living and working in Paris for fifteen years where, outside her personal work, she regularly works with the press and communication agencies. 
Aglaé Bory's work has been showed in numerous festivals in France and abroad (Festival Circulation(s), Photofolies, Bourse du Talent Voies Off, Quinzaine Photographique Nantaise...), has also been showed in several individual and collective exhibitions (La Conserverie, Galerie du Château d'Eau, Bibliothèque Nationale de France, Nuit Photographiques de Pierrevert...).
Her work "Corrélations" received several prizes (KL Photo Awards, Bourse du Talents...) and has been selected as part of the photographic collection of the French National Library in 2009.
A book of this series was published in 2011 by the Trans Photographic Press editions.
Aglaé Bory is part of the photo corpus "France(s) Territoire Liquide", from which a book was published in 2014 by Éditions du Seuil.
