Biography
I am streetphotographer in Paris. As did it at their time Garry Winogrand and Helen Levitt for New York or Vivian Maïer for Chicago, I fasten in my own way, for more than ten years raise a portrait of Paris at this beginning of XXI ème century through his inhabitants, photographed in their everyday life, in streets, gardens, transport, coffees ... Parisian ordinary, of any ages, any conditions and any origins. Fleeting moments of ordinary life, stolen in the course of days. Immediate often instinctive.
“The most difficult, it is to photograph near the door" often like calling back Raymond Depardon. It is nevertheless what I try hard to make every day, to worry me of it which is beautiful or ugly, comfortable or disturbing. My only requirement it is the spontaneity.
Over the years this solitary approach gave thousands of photos : moving or hard, sad or funny, ordinary or funny but all reflecting in their own way a little soul of Paris of today.
