Biographie

Dominique Goutard is founder and president of Vocatif, a program engineering agency that has specialized for more than 20 years in the design, implementation and management of programs involving public and private partners in the fields of culture, education and health.
With Jean-Luc Monterosso, Dominique Goutard was between 2008 and 2016 artistic curator of ARTE Video Night, a programme that brings together an international selection of video works each year. Still with Jean-Luc Montessoro, she has been co-curator of several photo exhibitions at the Abbey of Jumièges, at the Hôtel des Arts de Toulon, at the Musée des Beaux Arts de Shangaï.
Dominique Goutard is Executive Vice President of the Capital Filles program, created in 2012 at the initiative of Orange.
