Photographer
Jean-Christophe Godet was born in Normandy and achieved a career in cultural arts in London (London Philharmonic Orchestra, Barbican Centre) before switching paths and fully dedicate himself to photography. With productions half-way through travel photography and photojournalism he has attracted the attention of many publishers. In 2003 he won the Travel Photography Prize organized by the British journal The Independent. In 2012 his project to teach photography to inmates in the Guernsey prison was rewarded with the National Platinum Award for Photography. In 2010 he created the Guernsey Photography Festival.
