    Dans l'ère culturel grassfield (Ouest et Nord-Oest du Cameroun) l'un des mets aimé affectueusement par les touts petits, ce sont les pommes de terre pilés avec le haricot et de l'huile de palme. Ce repas se mange chaud et avec les doigts.
