un matin vers 7h 30 le chef de cuisine du collège prépare un velouté d'asperges pour le repas de midi. le commis de cuisine rajoute du poivre sur demande du Chef et toujours au moulin le chef est est exigeant et ne transige pas avec le gout ! un chef "3 étoiles pour ce collège" cela devient rare le tout fait maison !
