An incomplete Fangrost structure on a U-Bunker I made this image a couple of weeks ago, but I just take the decision now to publish here. I am not the photographer of both images. However, I own the rights. One was done in 1945 and the other around 2010. Both images show reinforced concrete beams on a German U-Bunker built on a French port of the Atlantic coast. We can see that they suffered from the 1944 allied bombing. Under these “U” beams, that were supposed to make explode the bombs before they touch the U-Boot-Bunker rooftop’s, some prestressed beams (T-Träger) were installed, but they cannot be seen on this image.
