On the occasion of the 17th edition of the Photaumnales, Wipplay launches the contest IN MOTION. Here, the flows are in the spotlight. These are everywhere, they accelerate time by their speed, and transform the world. Globalization, migratory flows, transmission of information, climatic fluctuations, cultural transitions ... All these movements are an inexhaustible source of visual inspiration. It's up to you to capture them, it's up to you to surprise us!

Les Photaumnales
Created by Diaphane in 2003, Les Photaumnales is a highlight of photography in the Hauts-de-France region. Each year, the festival addresses a different theme and presents between 30 and 50 artists.
The Photaumnales question and support contemporary photographic creation and diffusion. The object of the festival is to provoke meetings between artists, public and works in a spirit of exchange, curiosity, openness to others and to the world.
Diaphane presents exhibitions throughout the country so that both rural and urban populations have privileged access to culture. Photaumnales also have the particularity of developing a very important component of mediation and image education. All-public lectures and guided tours and photographic workshops for young audiences are organized during the festival to provide better access to culture for all.
The 2021 edition of the festival centered around private and family celebrations, traditional and religious festivals and night-time outlets.

Diaphane
Diaphane, a photographic center in Hauts-de-France, aims to present the diversity of the photographic image, on all scales of the territory.
Its project is fueled by:
- support for creation during research residencies and production stays,
- the realization of regular exhibition routes,
- a mediation offer that includes reading and practice time,
- the organization of an annual highlight, "Les Photaumnales", a festival which brings together a set of unique exhibitions around a theme.
Diaphane has a particular interest in supporting young photographers, a responsible attention to the transversality of projects, the pooling of resources and energies, and enjoys deploying its actions from local to international ...
The Diaphane house in Clermont-de-Oise hosts the team of the photographic pole, a resource center and an exhibition space for young photographers.
The exhibition program is also being built, in a nomadic but nonetheless regular way, by the provision of spaces by various partner venues.
In parallel with the photographic pole, Diaphane has set up a publishing house.
