Biography

Director and founder of the Éditions Textuel created in 1994, Marianne Théry began her career in written communication and was Director of the Textuel agency from 1984 to 1998. Les Éditions Textuel, a partner of Actes Sud since 2008, has largely developed its catalogue on the photographic side, featuring monographs by renowned authors (Harry Gruyaert, Joël Meyerowitz, Saul Leiter, Bernard Plossu, William Klein, René Burri, William Wegman, Daido Moriyama, Todd Hido...) alongside emerging signatures or original thematic approaches.
