Biography
Miluta Flueras (b. 1984, Onesti, Romania) is a photographer who has always been fascinated by contemplating the experiment in all its forms. Known especially for his concert photography, Miluta has affinities in various areas of photography. He attended the master courses of the Center of Excellence in Image Study at the University of Bucharest, where he also cultivated his passion for video production, producing in 2015 the documentary Insight. An Eye on Bucharest's Art Galleries. Author of numerous articles, workshops, exhibitions, Miluta is always looking to reinvent himself while still maintaining an attraction to portraiture, melancholy, and cinematic atmosphere. His way of photographing becomes often poetic, capturing beauty in various environments, while seeking to incorporate atypical elements. Among his favorite projects are: "Noises Within" (2013) - an incursion into the underground music scene of Bucharest, "MUZAHOLIC" (2014) - a series of portraits that explore the subject's relationship with music, "Outer Lights" (2016) - creations that explore the mapping of portrait images and “Faces of Creativity” (2017) - augmented reality portraits to illustrate the duality of the past / future, “In between moments” (2022) – a series of diptychs that makes you think of the photographer’s inner feeling between two shots. In 2018, together with two other photographers, he founded Stage Photo Association, whose main mission is to promote photographers specializing in capturing art performances.
