The 4-day week
Launched in June 2022, the experiment to introduce a four-day week in companies has produced encouraging results. According to a report published on Tuesday 21 February, 92% of British companies that have tested this format will continue to do so. The experiment has considerably increased employee well-being while maintaining productivity: the burn-out rate has fallen by 71%, the number of sick days has dropped by 65% and the number of resignations has fallen by 57%.
