Is the party over?
It would appear that young French people are calming down. According to the Observatoire des Drogues (Drugs Observatory), which surveyed 23,000 17-year-olds on the occasion of the Defence Preparation Call Day, young people are smoking, drinking and taking drugs less and less. They also go out less and less to nightclubs and rarely go to concerts. One of the reasons for this is the inflation in ticket prices, according to CNMlab, a think-tank run by the Centre national de la musique.
