Pas-de-Calais
For several days now, the Nord and Pas-de-Calais départements have been affected by flooding following the passage of storm Ciaran. Historic flooding has left nearly 250 communes without electricity, and schools have also been closed. This week Wipplay focuses on the Hauts-de-France region, including Lille, Boulogne-sur-Mer and Lens.
