For five years now, and for three days at the end of September, the Carreau du Temple has been keeping pace with good things with Food Temple. This year the festival welcomes a host of choice: Portugal. The watchword for these three days? Popular gastronomy, accessible to all. It promotes healthy and seasonal food, responsible agriculture supported by committed professionals. We meet there in a spirit of celebration and sharing, with our children, to celebrate the variety of good cuisine and the pleasure of being together. Food Temple offers the opportunity to experience the diversity of Portuguese cuisine with over 20 workshops, masterclasses, a local market, a Portuguese market, an exhibition, films and a brunch not to be missed.
