A former historical province, the county of Perche was born in the 10th century following the isolation of the hedged farmland during the formation of the Duchy of Normandy. At the Revolution, the territory was divided between the departments of Orne, Eure-et-Loir and a small part of Eure. Nearly 100,000 people are surrounded by beech forests, centuries-old oaks, manor houses, charming villages, abbeys and percheron horses... You tell us all this in pictures?

Le Champ des Impossibles
The mission of Le Champ des Impossibles is to support artists in their creation, to preserve their works and to distribute them to as many people as possible.
The platform will eventually integrate a collection of contemporary art, exhibition spaces, an artists' house, a thematic library, a conservation area and a sculpture park. The project includes temporary and semi-permanent exhibitions, artist residencies, artistic practice and writing workshops.

Art Culture & Co
Art Culture & Co, previously named Le Champ des Impossibles, was created in January 2018, following a territorial study by Christine Ollier. Now an autonomous structure, it has expanded its missions and its territory, while continuing to actively participate in the overall development of the Champ des Impossibles, of which it is an associate partner.
