"To see Chirac again, who cohabits, to rediscover the taste of Picon, of the Ardèche, and then of the summer "*. That was the 80s, forty years ago. An age that we celebrate today. Proud forty-year-olds of yesterday, incurable nostalgics, great children of the 2000s... From 1982 to 2022, the forty-year-olds have followed one another without looking alike. Show us all the ways to be forty! A portrait, a cake covered with candles, or severe questioning... All the photos that remind us that time passes but that happiness matures slowly will find their place in this contest. By a strange coincidence, the Photo Poche collection, published by Actes Sud, is also celebrating its 40th anniversary. A special birthday deserves a special gift: Wipplay and Actes Sud will screen the 40 favorite photos at the collection's anniversary party on Friday 8 July in Arles during the Rencontres de la photographie.
