On the occasion of the "Man Ray and Fashion" exhibition at the Musée du Luxembourg, Wipplay is launching the LA BEAUTÉ DE L'ÉTRANGE competition in partnership with the Réunion des Musées Nationaux. The objective of this competition is to get you close to the photograph of Man Ray where a certain form of strange hovers. The beauty of the models is inhabited by a mystery that emerges, mixed with fantasy. His staging raises questions. Often a backlight or overprint triggers a surprise. For this competition, everyone is free to establish a unique dialogue with the setting, between the inert and the flesh, the object and the human. The competition is open from Septembre 1st until October 14, 2020 and will give rise to an exhibition of the winning images at the Musée du Luxembourg. The winners will also win passes for the "Man Ray and Fashion" exhibition as well as exhibition catalogs. A special prize Aufeminin will be given to the best winning image.
