Biography

Born in 1982 Le Mans (France) Lives and works in Saint-Brieuc (France) Aurore Bagarry initially studied photography in Les Gobelins, Paris and graduated in 2004. Afterwards she studied at l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie of Arles and obtained her degree in 2008 with honours. Aurore Bagarry is the recipient of various awards and scholarships : in 2008 she won LVWH’s young designer prize and in 2013 the National Center of Plastic Art’s support for contemporary documentary photography.
