My work explores the boundaries between photography and painting. As a photographer, my approach is to go beyond the simple capture of reality, to capture rather the emotion, movement and light of a moment. The project "On the footsteps of the Impressionists in Menton" is an immersion in the work of the contemporary painter Denis Ribas. Fascinated by his ability to transcribe the Mediterranean atmosphere, I position myself in the same places as him and use my camera as a digital brush. Thanks to the technique of artistic blur to shooting and subtle retouching in Adobe Lightroom Classic, I strive to echo his vision. These first images, taken in the Pian Park, mark the beginning of this creative journey.
