This photograph of a gas station was taken early in the morning in Eskifjördur (Iceland) in the beautiful fjörds of the east. The sun was rising on the mountain and contrasting with the lighting of the resort still plunged in the shadow of the snowy mountains that surrounded it. The contrast of atmospheres is quite striking between the two parts of the photograph.
