Biography

Théo Saffroy's artistic approach is based on the themes of metamorphosis and movement. Straddling the border between documentary and fiction, he recounts the mutations of our society through captivating, immersive stories that give his images depth and a narrative dimension.

Inspired by street photography and futuristic drawing, the photographer is characterized by his scenographic compositions, unpredictable movements and moving, realistic characters.
The treatment of colors, both vivid and soft, is directly inspired by his travels in Latin America, particularly Mexico, where he lived.

This pictorial approach is reflected in the duality that characterizes his work: between imagination and reality, intimacy and energy, balance and absurdity.
Paradox is his watchword.
