Biography

Vincent Garnier is the Managing Director of Clermont Auvergne Tourisme after having directed, for more than ten years, the destinies of regional tourism in Center - Val de Loire. Passionate about literature (he is notably the founder of "Cafés littéraires de Montélimar"), he also practices photography as an enlightened amateur.
