A free spirit of the fashion and lingerie industry, Fifi Chachnil created a timeless realm in which poetry, elegance, and light-hearted humor are intertwined. Fifi Chachnil's creations evoke the image of a sentimental and sometimes excessive Parisian woman. Her creations delineate the body and bring out women's femininity. «Women have this poetic quality that expresses itself in fantasy ; it is absolutely useless, but all the more necessary! » 
 
Fifi Chachnil launched her brand in 1984 and since then, she has maintained a strong connection with the art world. She has worked with many photographers (Pierre et Gilles, Jean-Paul Goude, Ellen Von Unwerth, etc), musicians and filmmakers. A singer and an"image catcher" herself, she believes that one should express oneself by whatever means: clothes, music, images, happenings, or food design, why not? This could be her motto: borders are only made to be crossed. "Style is the ever-present expression of a personality. It is about consistence and repetition. It often arises from life changes and moving away from conventions."
