Self-taught photographer and co-founder of Shutter Clothing, Jerome Poulalier made the world his playground. It is through his trips all around the world that he grew and became the photographer and entrepreneur he his today. From Shanghai to Brussels, passing by Prague, Los Angeles or Paris, his work offers a unique vision of our daily life and context. Through his unconventional way to see and show the urban environment, we discover our world in a different manner. The artist invites us into what he likes to call an 'urban theater', where each scene takes us into a world where reality takes on a new dimension. His photographs provide a contrasting, colored twist to the urban aesthetic while sometimes unearthing dramatic surprises.
