Biographie
Freelance photographer since 2009, he trained in photography at the Ateliers beaux-arts de la Ville de Paris and at the School of Information Professions (Emi-Cfd, Paris). He carries out orders for companies, the press and author's works exhibited in France and abroad.
The photographic work of Samuel Hense is mainly based on the study of the landscape, whether natural or urban. The nature/urban/human relationship is at the center of this work.
Samuel Hense works in an often direct photographic style, frontal images in the current of "straight photography" and practicing, for certain series, the collection, the accumulation of images.
His editorial work is distributed by Studio Hans Lucas.
