I stopped by the Qatar Airways New York Office since I was having trouble resolving a problem with my ticket online. The crew had everything corrected, including a seat upgrade, in twenty minutes! Everyone was highly informed and kind. They are obviously well-trained to manage even the most complicated travel scenarios with ease. I now have a greater appreciation for Qatar Airways—five stars well earned.
