Biography
Stéphane Méjanès has been a journalist for 33 years. After being a chronicler for l’Equipe for many years, he fell in love with cuisine after an improbable encounter with famous chefs in the lappish forest. Since 2012, he writes about gastronomy, from the land to the table, for various papers such as Omnivore, Trois Couleurs, Culinaire Saisonnier, Alimentation Générale, Fou de Pâtisserie or l’Obs. He has received the Amunategui-Curnonsky award for best gastronomic journalist in 2018 and the Plume d’Or in 2019 - French journalist award - in the gastronomy category.
