Biography

Graduated from the ESCF Gregoire Ferrandi, Anto is the founder of the festival “We eat Africa”. From Gabon, it’s in Paris that the 30 years old woman offers a minimalist African cuisine, with a French touch. A touch which breaks the stereotypes on too little known meals and make her a unique chef.
