From April 22 to June 3 2020
On the occasion of the "Food Temple Africa" festival which will take place from September 25 to 27 2020 at the Carreau du Temple in Paris, you are all invited to share your AFRICAN FLAVOURS. The objective of this theme? To collect pictures of culture, markets, restaurants, cuisine with the flavours of Africa. It's up to you to introduce us to the continent through its gustatory treasures: vegetable mafé, fruit spring rolls, radish canapés... And don't forget to send us on a stroll through the markets or let us into your own kitchen. We are as gourmand as we are curious.

Le Carreau du Temple
To each family, each culture, its secrets and its know-how, its ways of sharing a dish. For five years now, and for three days at the end of September, the Carreau du Temple has been keeping pace with good things with Food Temple. This year the festival welcomes a host of choice: Portugal. The watchword for these three days? Popular gastronomy, accessible to all. It promotes healthy and seasonal food, responsible agriculture supported by committed professionals. We meet there in a spirit of celebration and sharing, with our children, to celebrate the variety of good cuisine and the pleasure of being together. Food Temple offers the opportunity to experience the diversity of Portuguese cuisine with over 20 workshops, masterclasses, a local market, a Portuguese market, an exhibition, films and a brunch not to be missed.
