Biographie

Chantal Maugin is the director of the Lab Experience Design at Orange. 
Since the beginning of the Internet at Orange, Chantal Maugin has been building the Orange Design. In 2016, within the Technocentre (TGI), she created the Lab Experience Design (250 people) to strengthen the essential collaboration between designers and experts in the Human and Social Sciences at the service of Orange's innovation.  The quickness at which technologies are deployed today requires more than ever a close collaboration between engineers, sociologists, product managers and designers to question the uses and produce the future experiences of our customers.
