Biography
After studying science, philosophy and finally graduating from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Louis Lumière (Photography’s category), Franck Portelance became an independent photographer in the 80's working for AFP, the Centre Georges Pompidou and the press both for the laboratory and photography.
He joined Fujifilm France in 1987 as a quality control expert and was responsible for press relations, professional photographers and websites.
His role is to supporting photographic projects and partnerships with photo festivals for Fujifilm France. He launched and animated the Ambassadors’ programme for France.
