Biographie

Driven by a “human first” approach, Frederic is involved in several works relating to urban life, music, live arts and day-to-day work life in general. He works enormously with our “historical grammar” sorted byan affectionate, sometimes humorous look: The connotations of his photos sometimesseem like amusing or poetic images as they are built on an analogy perturbed bythe incidental, the gap, reminiscence, coincidence or the association of ideas, whichpresupposes a common base of references. Just like Vincent, he intends to generate an image that produces a sustainable effect, the famous “punctum” beloved by Barthes, unconditional, for the sole magic of the photographer’s pleasure…
