Visual artist, scenographer, urban architect and head of the Nez Haut agency, Jean-Christophe Choblet is interested in the rituals of the body in public space. For him, "scenographic thought is the involvement of the individual in a given place and situation."

[justify]Inspired by the conception of the pavilion of the XXI century during the World's Fair in Hannover in 2000, he devised the concept of urban scenography, which he implemented when he created Paris Plage in 2002. He also conceived les nouvelles berges de la Seine, a project for the development of public spaces on the banks of the Seine.[/justify]
