Former director of the European School of Image and former deputy director of the National School of Photography in Arles, Patric Clanet has also worked in the management of French cultural establishments abroad under supervision from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Colombia, Peru and Mexico).

He holds a Masters in Cultural Business Management and a Research Masters in "Contemporary Latin American Photography" and continues his doctoral research in the Laboratory of Aesthetics and Science of the Arts of the University of Aix en Provence.

Patric Clanet is particularly interested in the existing interpenetrations between photography and contemporary art. He is at the origin of the doctorate in photographic creation from the ENSP Arles as well as its continuing education department. He has also published a number of reviews and curated exhibitions of French and Latin American author / photographers.

As part of his activities as a Consultant, he provides advice and expertise, in France and abroad, with photographic art centers, Festivals, Museums and Galleries specializing in the field of photography. and visual arts.
