Biographie
With a great passion for images, and for photography especially, Céline Queric began her career in the field of iconography. After several years of professional experience, she decided to link her passion for images and books to become an independant photobook publisher. Since 2017, she works as a freelance for independent French publishers such as Le Bec en l'air, Filigranes, Maison CF and Loco Éditions, but also with larger firms, as the Éditions de La Martinière. She also manages to work directly with photographers to help them for communication or books; projects. In parallel of that practice, Céline Queric gets involved in numerous events dedicated to photography, such as the Rencontres d'Arles and Paris Photo. She also collaborates with Christine Ollier, curator and photography expert, in the development of a new artistic platform called Le Champ des Impossibles based in the city of Perche-en-Noce (Orne department, France). Since 2018, she works with Thomas Sauvin in the promotion of the Beijing Silvermine archive through exhibitions and publications.
